Kings PH – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules published by Kings PH ("Platform"), form the entire legal agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Kings PH ("kings ph," "we," "us," or "the Company") governing your use of the Platform and all associated services, software, and content.

By (a) creating a kings ph account, (b) accessing the Platform, or (c) placing any wager or transaction through kings ph, you conclusively represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the kings ph Platform.

Kings PH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a kings ph account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party;
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of the kings ph Platform is prohibited by law;
• You are not employed by kings ph, its affiliates, licensed game providers, or any regulatory body with oversight of kings ph operations;
• You have not previously had a kings ph account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not self-excluded from online gambling through kings ph or any PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion program.

Kings PH reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Provision of false information regarding eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all account balances.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of kings ph services, you must register a Player Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and belongs to you personally.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Kings PH operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. You may not hold more than one (1) Player Account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — will result in the closure of all associated accounts and may result in forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations and PAGCOR requirements, kings ph performs KYC verification on all Player Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You are required to promptly update your account information if any material details change. Outdated contact information that results in failed OTP delivery or account recovery issues is the sole responsibility of the Player.

4. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kings ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Kings PH will never ask for your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other channel.

• You must not share your kings ph login credentials with any other person;
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your account;
• You must notify kings ph customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account;
• Kings PH is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Kings PH strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using a unique password not shared with other services.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your kings ph account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Kings PH does not accept third-party deposits. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Kings PH does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Kings PH targets processing times of 5–30 minutes for GCash withdrawals during normal operational hours. Processing times may be extended for larger amounts, pending KYC verification, or during periods of high demand. Kings PH reserves the right to perform additional security and AML checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

5.3 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit is ₱100 and the minimum withdrawal is ₱200, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Kings PH reserves the right to modify minimum amounts at its sole discretion with prior notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Kings PH offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification;
• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• Only one Bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple concurrent Bonuses;
• Bonuses are strictly non-transferable and have no cash value unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied;
• Kings PH reserves the right to withdraw or modify any Bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice;
• Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse Bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering strategies, or manipulation of bonus mechanics — will result in immediate Bonus forfeiture and may result in account termination;
• Bonuses are for eligible accounts aged 21 and above only. Kings PH may require age and identity verification before releasing Bonus funds.

Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry periods are detailed in each promotion's individual terms, accessible at the time of the promotion's publication. In the event of any conflict between general Bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on the kings ph Platform are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game suppliers. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game.

Kings PH uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all RNG-based games, independently tested and certified to ensure fair outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the specifications provided by game suppliers. Live casino games are streamed from professional studios with real dealers and physical game equipment, subject to the rules displayed in each game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, kings ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the Player's account. Kings PH's decision in resolving disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process detailed in Section 11.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kings ph Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Player Account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other account process;
• Using the Platform if under 21 years of age or in a jurisdiction where use of kings ph is prohibited;
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, exploit, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to circumvent game outcomes;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose;
• Charging back deposits through your payment provider fraudulently;
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's systems, software, or security measures;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kings ph staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

Kings PH is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of player protection tools accessible through your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, temporary self-suspension, and permanent self-exclusion. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the kings ph Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual material — is the intellectual property of Kings PH or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the kings ph Platform without the prior written consent of Kings PH.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Kings PH, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Kings PH's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their kings ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Kings PH is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or network outages.

12. Termination & Account Closure

Kings PH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable belief of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory concern. Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting kings ph customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, kings ph will process any eligible outstanding balance to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal requirements. Players who have self-excluded may not request account reopening during the self-exclusion period.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the kings ph Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through kings ph's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting customer support. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines having jurisdiction over online gaming disputes.

14. Amendments to Terms

Kings PH may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, kings ph will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via in-platform notification or registered email prior to the amendments taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The current version of the Terms and its effective date will always be available on this page. Where you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the kings ph Platform and request account closure.
