5.1 Service Providers

5.3 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

Kings PH is legally required to disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and law enforcement agencies when lawfully compelled to do so, or where disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering, or other crimes.

5.4 Corporate Transactions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of kings ph's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent data protection commitments. You will be notified of any such change in control.

6. Data Retention

Kings PH retains your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, and in compliance with applicable retention requirements under Philippine law:

  • Active account data: Retained for the duration of your active kings ph Player Account;
  • KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by AMLA and PAGCOR regulations;
  • Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction;
  • Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years following resolution of the relevant inquiry or dispute;
  • Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn or for three (3) years from last interaction, whichever is earlier.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, kings ph will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in a manner that renders it irrecoverable and non-identifiable.

7. Data Security Measures

Kings PH implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, and alteration. These measures include:

10. Minors and Age Restriction

The kings ph Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years of age. Kings PH does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21. If you are under 21, you must not access the kings ph Platform or submit any personal information to us.

If kings ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 โ€” whether through account review, KYC verification, or third-party reporting โ€” the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all data associated with that account will be reviewed for mandatory deletion, and the matter will be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority. Any balances held in an underage account will be subject to forfeiture or return in accordance with applicable law.

11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Where kings ph transfers personal data outside the Philippines โ€” for example, to cloud infrastructure providers or game suppliers with servers in other countries โ€” such transfers are conducted only where the destination country offers an adequate level of data protection, or where adequate safeguards are in place through contractual data processing agreements that meet the standards required by the National Privacy Commission.

Kings PH does not transfer your personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide a comparable level of data protection to that afforded by Philippine law, without your explicit consent or a lawful exemption.

12. Amendments to This Privacy Policy
