Kings PH ("kings ph," "we," "us," or "the Company") is the Data Controller for all personal information collected through the kingsph.one platform and its associated services. As Data Controller, kings ph determines the purposes and means by which your personal data is processed, and bears full responsibility for its lawful, fair, and transparent handling in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Kings PH has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 13 of this Policy.

2. Personal Data We Collect

Kings PH collects personal information that is necessary for the lawful operation of a regulated online gaming platform. 4. Legal Basis for Processing

Kings PH processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Performance of contract: Processing necessary to deliver the gaming services you have contracted for through your kings ph Player Account;
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with Philippine laws including RA 9160 (AMLA), PAGCOR licensing conditions, and tax regulations;
• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, security, platform improvement, and responsible gaming monitoring, where these interests are not overridden by your privacy rights;
• Consent: For optional processing activities such as marketing communications, where we rely on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent.

Where kings ph relies on consent as the legal basis for processing, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent for non-essential processing will not affect your access to core gaming services.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Kings PH does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers

Kings PH engages trusted third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf, including payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO), KYC and identity verification providers, cloud infrastructure providers, customer support software providers, and fraud detection services. All service providers are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed by kings ph and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5.2 Game Providers

Certain game providers integrated into the kings ph Platform may receive anonymized or pseudonymized session data for game integrity and RNG certification purposes. Kings PH does not share your full identity details with game providers without your consent, except where required for specific regulatory compliance.

5.3 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

Kings PH is legally required to disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and law enforcement agencies when lawfully compelled to do so, or where disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering, or other crimes.

5.4 Corporate Transactions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of kings ph's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent data protection commitments. You will be notified of any such change in control.

6. Data Retention

Kings PH retains your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, and in compliance with applicable retention requirements under Philippine law:

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your active kings ph Player Account;
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by AMLA and PAGCOR regulations;
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction;
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years following resolution of the relevant inquiry or dispute;
• Marketing consent records: Retained until consent is withdrawn or for three (3) years from last interaction, whichever is earlier.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, kings ph will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in a manner that renders it irrecoverable and non-identifiable.

7. Data Security Measures

Kings PH implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, and alteration. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and kings ph servers;
• Encryption of sensitive data fields (passwords, financial details) at rest using industry-standard algorithms;
• Role-based access controls limiting internal staff access to personal data on a strictly need-to-know basis;
• Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing of the Platform and underlying infrastructure;
• Multi-factor authentication for internal systems accessing personal data;
• Incident response procedures aligned with NPC notification requirements for personal data breaches.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, kings ph will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected players within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The kings ph Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate core platform functions, maintain session security, and analyze usage patterns. Kings PH categorizes cookies as follows:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the Platform to function, including session authentication, security tokens, and load balancing. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional cookies: Enable personalized features such as remembered login preferences, game settings, and language choices.
• Analytics cookies: Collect anonymized data about how players use the Platform to help kings ph improve performance and user experience. Kings PH uses privacy-respecting analytics tools that do not fingerprint individual users.

Kings PH does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies that follow you across other websites. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling functional or analytics cookies may affect certain Platform features but will not prevent access to core gaming services.

9. Your Rights Under the Data Privacy Act

10. Minors and Age Restriction

The kings ph Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years of age. Kings PH does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21. If you are under 21, you must not access the kings ph Platform or submit any personal information to us.

If kings ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 — whether through account review, KYC verification, or third-party reporting — the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all data associated with that account will be reviewed for mandatory deletion, and the matter will be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority. Any balances held in an underage account will be subject to forfeiture or return in accordance with applicable law.

11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Where kings ph transfers personal data outside the Philippines — for example, to cloud infrastructure providers or game suppliers with servers in other countries — such transfers are conducted only where the destination country offers an adequate level of data protection, or where adequate safeguards are in place through contractual data processing agreements that meet the standards required by the National Privacy Commission.

Kings PH does not transfer your personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide a comparable level of data protection to that afforded by Philippine law, without your explicit consent or a lawful exemption.

12. Amendments to This Privacy Policy

Kings PH reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or platform features. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via in-platform notification or registered email at least seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of this Privacy Policy is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the kings ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact us to exercise your right to erasure where applicable.

Kings PH aims to acknowledge all data privacy inquiries within two (2) business days and to resolve them within fifteen (15) business days. Complex requests involving access, erasure, or portability of large data volumes may require additional time; we will notify you of any extension and the reasons for it.

If you believe that kings ph has not adequately addressed your data privacy concern, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (NPC) — the supervisory authority responsible for enforcing RA 10173. Information on filing a complaint with the NPC is available through official Philippine government channels.
